Pizzas were GREAT!! They were fairly thin crust which we LOVE but I could see some that like a thicker crust not liking it as well and I don't think there was an option for a thicker crust but you could always ask. The cheese and toppings were great! The mushrooms were fresh which they advertise that they are but so many places just use canned mushrooms and fresh is SO much better! I also love that you can choose red or white onion. For my husband that can make or break a pizza! He hates red onion on a pizza but some pizza places only have one or the other. The young lady at the register was super friendly! We only visit here once a year but we've had all the other local pizzas like Cosmos and Pizzazz and while we didn't dislike them, we just really prefer Duck Pizza now.
We had a great experience with Duck Pizza in the middle of OBX's Duck town. Opting for pick-up, we dug into their mouthwatering thin crust pepperoni pizza. The flavors were spot on, and the crust had that perfect thin and crispy goodness. The pick-up service made it super convenient for us. If you're in OBX, definitely give Duck Pizza a shot for a delicious pizza experience!
Pizza was delivered to our rental condo. It was quick, reasonably priced and very good. We ordered the aloha pizza and cheesy bread. The pizza was loaded down with toppings and did not disappoint. The cheesy bread portion was as big as the large pizza! Easily two meals for the price of one. Delivery driver was also super nice as well.
We found this place while exploring Duck and were looking for good gluten free options. They have gluten free pizza options for each pizza they have. All of us who have Celiac really loved the thin crust gluten free option. They also have curly fries that they can bake to make them gluten free. We got the shareable portion, which was huge! The service and information offered by Dave was fantastic and we all loved the food. If we come back up this way, we will definitely be back.
As someone from just outside New Haven, CT—the (albeit, self-proclaimed) pizza capital—I don’t say this lightly: Duck Pizza is some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. I am gluten-free and am constantly disappointed by the pizza options I try, but Duck Pizza knocked it out of the park. Their GF crust was not only delicious fresh out of the oven, but somehow just as good cold the next day (the true test!). The staff and owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating—going out of their way to get to know us and welcome us to Duck. I was visiting for a week and ended up eating Duck Pizza three times—that alone should tell you how good it is. If you're gluten-free and missing out on really good pizza, or even if you're not, this place is 100% worth it. P.S. Have some extra time? Duck Pizza is located in a great little center with some awesome local shops. I loved being able to place my order and stroll around while I waited—it turned grabbing a meal into a whole experience.
The pizza was amazing, staff was very nice and the pizza came really quick, if you take the time on a nice day to go in there and enjoy the pizza dining in, it’s a really nice place with great food.

The pizza crust was/is perfect, and the marinara sauce was just right-- not too tangy, perfect amount of sauce to toppings ratio. The wings were also very tasty. Best of luck to the new owners and bless their growing family.
